No recurring payments for 3 years immediately following the last year of collegiate athletic eligibility as a letter winner or, as defined below, an Associate Member (Recent Grad). A Recent Grad shall receive the benefits of Active Membership and will have voting privileges, but cannot hold office in the HFA.
